Bathroom cleanliness was disappointing throughout our stay.

I had a decent experience overall, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. However, housekeeping could be hit or miss, with sometimes unclean rooms. There was also a frustrating lack of effective communication regarding lost items, which marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel warm and welcoming—a perfect spot for gatherings. The indoor pool area is easily accessible, ensuring comfort for seniors seeking relaxation after a day of activities.

More seating available in common areas would be nice.

The hot tub and fire pit were fantastic after a long day. We enjoyed the basketball court and pool, too!

I stayed for a family trip to see the local attractions. Although my room selection was changed at check-in, the complimentary room helped accommodate my family needs. Gloria, who managed the breakfast, was fantastic, ensuring everything was fresh and well-stocked. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the kids who enjoyed the pool and activity options.

Not the best family stay

Checked in around 7pm, told my kid we'd get cookies but they were out. The front desk gal wouldn’t make more either, said it was too late. The lobby was nice but really missed the cookies! Plus, the check-out experience was bizarre and frustrating, overall, not comfy at all.

We had a bit of a rough start with room arrangements, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our two-night stay. Loved the spacious suite and enjoyed breakfast by the cozy fireplace. Pro tip, Arrive early for fresh cookies at the front desk!

Cierra and Sarah provided exceptional service, making our family feel welcomed and well taken care of. The delicious breakfast meant we could enjoy our mornings without the hassle of going out. However, the check-in experience was disappointing, with a rude greeting that marred the start of our stay. Complications during check-out regarding a pan charge were frustrating, leading to further dissatisfaction. Despite the enjoyable amenities, such as the swimming pool and basketball court, the overall experience was overshadowed by these issues.

We spent two nights enjoying our stay, with easy access to the Children’s Hands-On Museum just almost 2 km away and the lovely Monnish Park which was a short walk from our hotel, allowing us to explore the city's lively atmosphere effortlessly while taking in the park views.

The outdoor fire pit created the perfect setting for late-night family chats under the stars! My room was like a mini apartment, complete with a fully stocked kitchen-just felt like home. And let’s not forget about the 24/7 coffee bar that kept me energized all day long!

I needed two beds but the hotel was sold out. Still, I can’t say anything bad about the property or the staff. Cierra and Sarah were super professional and friendly. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. it was fantastic not to leave the hotel for it. On the downside, I overheard a front desk staff member asking for a service dog card, which felt unnecessary and against ADA regulations. Also, check-in could be smoother. it was a little chaotic when I arrived. Overall, though, the cleanliness of our room was commendable, and the location is nice, close to several attractions.

You wouldn't believe how great the fire pit was outside! It’s perfect for those family get-togethers, keeps everyone cozy. Plus, the kitchen was stocked like a pro-you had everything you needed, pots, dishes, even those little pods for the dishwasher.

Wasn't exactly cheap though, if you catch my drift.
